Swimming Ability Essential
You must be a confident swimmer to take part – this way you can react calmly if you fall in and enjoy the experience with complete confidence.
Compulsory Minimum Age
Under-6s cannot participate. Children aged 6-15 must be accompanied by an adult who shares the activity and supervises throughout.
Good Physical Condition Required
Not recommended for people with back or neck injuries, pregnant women, or those with heart conditions – the jolts and high speeds could worsen these conditions.
Listen to Your Instructor
Pay close attention to the pre-activity briefing and follow every signal from your instructor during the ride – it’s your best guarantee of safety and fun.
Proper Posture and Grip
Keep your body centred, legs slightly bent, and hold the handles with both hands throughout the ride to avoid losing your balance.
If You Fall In
If you fall into the water, stay calm – your life jacket will keep you afloat and our rescue team will be there immediately to help you.
