Frequently Asked Questions About Wakeboarding in Marbella

Do I need previous experience to try wakeboarding?

Not at all! Wakeboarding is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. Our team will explain everything you need to know before you start and will guide you throughout the activity.

Is wakeboarding safe?

Absolutely. We use certified safety equipment, life jackets and have professional instructors supervising every session. Plus, sea conditions are checked before each outing.

What’s the minimum age requirement?

The recommended minimum age is 10 years, provided the child can swim confidently and is accompanied by a responsible adult.

How much does it cost and are there group discounts?

The standard price is €20 per person. If you’re coming as a group, we can arrange private sessions, but we don’t offer special rates based on the number of participants.

Can I try wakeboarding if I have a physical condition?

The activity isn’t recommended for people with back or neck problems, pregnant women or those with reduced mobility. If you’re unsure about your situation, please consult us before booking.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

In case of bad weather (strong winds, storms or rough seas), we’ll reschedule your session at no extra cost or provide a full refund. Safety always comes first.

What if I arrive late?

We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late and the group has already departed, we can’t guarantee your participation or refund.

What should I bring for wakeboarding?

You only need your swimming costume, a towel and plenty of enthusiasm! We’ll provide the life jacket, wakeboard and all necessary equipment.

Why Choose Our Wakeboarding Experience?

Unlike other towed watersports, wakeboarding is more accessible because you can position yourself on the board in two different ways:

  • Lying on the board: Perfect for children and complete beginners
  • Standing on the board: Designed for those with previous experience or good balance

With our extensive range of similar watersports activities, we have expert instructors and specialised boats and equipment dedicated to these thrilling experiences.

Safety Guidelines for Wakeboarding

  • Swimming ability is essential
Although you’ll wear a life jacket, you must be confident in the water.
  • Minimum age: 6 years
Under-15s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Avoid if you have medical conditions
Not recommended for pregnant women or those with back, neck or heart problems.
  • Always listen to your instructor
Following instructions is key to your safety (and to avoid an unexpected early flight!).
