[PADDLE SURF] CONTRACT

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. The use of the Paddle will be for leisure use only and will not be for sporting/competitive use.
2. It is compulsory to know how to swim while using the Paddle.
3. The CLIENT must be of legal age or, if a minor, be accompanied by a guardian of legal age who will be responsible, as the contract holder, for the equipment leased.
4. The presentation of the National Identity Card or Passport shall be compulsory for the rental.
5. The rental will be made without a guide and the environment and all the rules of coexistence of the beach where you practice the sport will be respected at all times.

ACCIDENTS-REPAIR

6. The CLIENT will return the paddle and all the equipment provided in good working order and in good condition. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for any damage caused during the rental due to misuse, not in accordance with the conditions set out in these general terms and conditions, as well as for the theft or robbery of the material by third parties.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY

1. It is completely forbidden to use the Paddle to people under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and others. The rental company will have no liability, civil, administrative or criminal derived from such non-compliance. The renter declares to be in perfect health and with the necessary conditions for the practice of this sport. He/she must take into account our recommendations according to his/her level and the conditions of the beaches.
2. The rental company reserves the right to suspend the activity in the event of non-compliance with the conditions established in this contract or for any other justified cause, as well as to demand from the CLIENT, if applicable, the corresponding compensation for damages attributable to the CLIENT.
3. The CUSTOMER releases the leasing company from all liability for loss or damage to objects left, stored or transported in the dry bag on the Paddle rubber, or on the object of the contract, before, during or after the term of the lease.
4. The hirer is responsible for being adequately insured against risks that may occur during the rental period. The lessor is not liable for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damage caused to himself or to third parties (persons or property) during the rental period.
5. The CUSTOMER must immediately notify the lessor of any accident, accident, incident, breakdown or incident regardless of its nature. In the event of an accident, a written accident report must be drawn up, stating the causes, circumstances and consequences of what happened, as well as, if known, the names, surnames and address of the person who caused the accident and of the witnesses, and also the names and addresses of the injured parties, if any.

PRICES AND DELAYS

1. The CUSTOMER is obliged to have paid the price agreed with the rental company after signing these general conditions. Under no circumstances will delivery before the end of the rental period give rise to any type of refund to the CUSTOMER.
2. In the event of delay in the delivery of the paddle at the scheduled time by the CUSTOMER, the rental company shall be entitled to charge an additional €25 to compensate for any damages or losses caused, both material and in terms of loss of profit.
3. If the rental company is late in delivering the paddle, the CUSTOMER may request a refund of the amounts paid, unless the delay is not attributable to the company's actions.

RETURN OF THE MATERIAL

◾ MARBELLA JETSKI undertakes to deliver the SUP board and accessories in good condition. In case of loss or if the customer returns any material in bad condition so that it can not be used again, a maximum charge of:
60€ per oar
20 per keel
, with the customer being able to take the paid item back with him/her.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

◾ The client has 24 hours before the activity to modify the booking. It is not possible to cancel the booking. The booking is non-refundable. However, it is possible to change the date as long as at least 24 hours notice is given prior to the rental.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. MARBELLA JETSKI is a sports and leisure equipment rental company. We are not responsible for the inexperience of the person renting our products. Each client is responsible for his actions. We only rent the product, deliver it and pick it up, this is the extent of our service.
2. Each client is responsible for the product he rents, responsible for checking the weather on the day of the outing, responsible for checking the area he has chosen to do the activity. And responsible for how he/she is going to use the product he/she has rented. MARBELLA JETSKI is not responsible for the use of our products, this is the responsibility of the client.

4. It is forbidden to transfer, sell or exchange the rented surf equipment.
